Muneer Al-Haelaiw Gen. Cont. Est. Was established in early 2007 as a contracting company specialized in the construction and maintenance of underground network systems for power & telecom industries and utilities.
From the first contract with Saudi Railway Organazation, Saudi Consolidated Electric Company in the Eastern Province (SCECO-East), to construct and maintain underground and overhead distribution systems of Hafouf City in Hassa area, It has grown into a diversified and progressive company of over 140 employees and it is now registered to conduct business for the country’s largest companies, such as SAUDI RAILWAY ORGANAZATION,SECO (formerly SCECO), Saudi ARAMCO, STC, SABIC, TASNEE,MARRAFIQ,MA’ADEN ,Royal Commission and others.
